Jason Postill
Managing Partner
Jason Postill, oversees all aspects of strategic planning and company operations at JP Capital Solutions. Some of Mr. Postill’s direct responsibilities include the oversight and implementation of acquisitions, due diligence, property/asset management, debt placement and maintaining broker and investor relations.
Previous to founding JP Capital Solutions, Mr. Postill worked for a Publicly traded Commercial Real Estate investment brokerage that transacts over $46B+ annually where he acquired assets and disposed of commercial properties more specifically in the multifamily and apartment sector for investors spread throughout various major U.S. metros.

Also as the co-founder of MHCI Group, Jason alongside his business partner Tyler, has strategically expanded the company's holdings to 697 units across the Southeast. This impressive growth has positioned MHCI Group as the largest private owner of Mobile Home Communities in Arkansas.
Jason comes from a professional sports background, where he played professional baseball for 5
years before having his first daughter and entering into the real estate investment field. Studied at the University of West Florida where he majored in Business and led his baseball team to win their first NCAA National Championship in school history.

Jenna Postill

Jenna Postill, Partner and Advisor at JP Capital Solutions, manages the day-to-day activities of the company including new business, team building, and growth opportunities. Jenna focuses on new investment sales opportunities, property refinances, placing equity for potential buyers and active involvement in 1031 exchange advisory. Her responsibilities include the negotiation, underwriting, due diligence, marketing and transaction processing of multifamily opportunities. Jenna, a Florida native, has a combination of multifamily product in Florida, Arkansas, and Michigan with private and institutional client relationships.

Justin Goff
Commercial Real Estate Advisor
Justin was born and raised in Orlando, FL. He attended Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Shortly after graduating from Florida State, Justin lived in Nashville with his wife and attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a Master of Science in Finance.

After finishing graduate school, Justin pursued a career in Equity Research where he specialized in Multifamily and Industrial REITs. While he was interested in the Real Estate Sector, Justin knew he wanted to work in an environment with more client interaction. As a result, Justin decided to transition to a Commercial Real Estate Advisor Role where he feels he can focus in on his passion for helping clients while also leveraging his real estate knowledge.

Justin currently resides in Lake Mary, FL with his wife, Hannah, and his daughter, Juliet. In his free time, he likes to spend time with family and enjoy the outdoors.
Devan Naranji

Devan has been a Florida native for over 30 years working in the real estate industry, managing properties throughout Southwest and Central Florida for over 15 years. He attended Florida International University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is currently finishing his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate online from Longwood University.
He specializes in residential and hospitality properties and has been directly involved in acquisition, major Capex projects and management of assets worth well over $20 million. Devan enjoys working with investment properties and helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
Devan currently resides in Kissimmee, FL just minutes away from Walt Disney World with his wife where he enjoys exploring new neighborhoods and meeting new people.
